B: Flat DB Skull Crusher - 4 sets, 10 rotating + 5 neutral grip
C: Single Arm Cable Ext - 3 sets, 10 reps (dropset final set)
D: Standing Alt DB Curls - 4 sets, 10 both + 5 single arm (final set dropset)
E: Cable Bicep Curl - 4 sets, 10 wide + 10 close grip (dropset final set)
